What is “Rooted in Her?

Rooted in Her is more than a feature,  it’s a movement grounded in purpose and powered by the women who inspire us daily. This series was created to honor the incredible women we collaborate with, the ones we admire from afar.

 

These women are innovators, disruptors, and visionaries. They're rooted in intention but unafraid to break the mold. From redefining leadership and reshaping industries to reimagining what meaningful community impact looks like — they are boldly carving out new paths forward.

With fearless creativity and a commitment to doing things differently, these changemakers remind us that progress doesn't always follow tradition — sometimes, it starts with planting new roots.

Fill out the Q&A spotlight form to be considered for a future feature.

 Eligibility Criteria

To be featured in Rooted in Her, nominees must:

  • Be woman-led (founder, CEO, or community leader)

  • Lead a mission-driven business or nonprofit that uplifts others through creativity, community, or impact

  • Have an active and verifiable presence — a website or public social media page showing ongoing work

  • Be established for at least 6 months

  • Demonstrate clear impact through programs, partnerships, or stories of change

  • Be willing to complete the spotlight Q&A, provide a photo, and approve the final post

 Priority is given to diverse voices, grassroots leaders, and women making bold moves with limited exposure.
