These women are innovators, disruptors, and visionaries. They're rooted in intention but unafraid to break the mold. From redefining leadership and reshaping industries to reimagining what meaningful community impact looks like — they are boldly carving out new paths forward.

Eligibility Criteria
To be featured in Rooted in Her, nominees must:

Be woman-led (founder, CEO, or community leader)

Lead a mission-driven business or nonprofit that uplifts others through creativity, community, or impact

Have an active and verifiable presence — a website or public social media page showing ongoing work
-
Be established for at least 6 months

Demonstrate clear impact through programs, partnerships, or stories of change
-
Be willing to complete the spotlight Q&A, provide a photo, and approve the final post
Priority is given to diverse voices, grassroots leaders, and women making bold moves with limited exposure.
