Refund Policy

At J Creative Consulting, LLC, we strive to provide the highest quality consulting services. If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below:

 

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

  • All deposits for consulting services are non-refundable to compensate for time allocated, administrative costs, and lost opportunities.

  • If a project is canceled before work begins, the deposit may be applied as a credit toward future services, at our discretion.

  • If for any circumstances that consultant has to cancel services, then. full refund will be issued to client. 

 

2. Refund & Cancellations Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: 

  • If the Client cancels before services begin, no charges will be incurred. However, any non-refundable deposits (if applicable) will not be refunded. 

  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun but before completion, the Client is responsible for payment of work completed up to the cancellation date, based on hours worked, deliverables completed, or a prorated percentage of the total project cost. 

  • If cancellation occurs after the project is completed, full payment is still required as per the agreed-upon terms. No refunds will be issued once final deliverables have been provided. 

b. Consultant-Initiated Cancellations:
If J Creative Consulting, LLC is unable to deliver services due to its own circumstances, the Client will not be charged for incomplete work, and an alternative arrangement may be offered.

c. Payment Obligation & Non-Refundable Work:
The Client agrees to pay for all services rendered, regardless of project completion, if work has already started. Once deliverables (e.g., strategy sessions, reports, design work) are completed and delivered, they are non-refundable. Any outstanding invoices for completed work remain due and payable even if the Client terminates the Agreement early. 

d. Agreement Acknowledgment: 

By engaging in services with J Creative Consulting, LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to this refund and cancellation policy. 

 

3. Dissatisfaction with Deliverables

If the Client is dissatisfied with services, they must provide written notice within 30 days of delivery. The Consultant will make reasonable revisions to address concerns. If an agreement cannot be reached, at the discretion of the Consultant, a partial refund may be considered based on work completed.

 

4. Unforeseen Circumstances or Force Majeure

In the event that we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure (such as illness, natural disasters, etc.), a prorated refund will be issued for services not completed.

  • Refund Process: We will notify you immediately if any unforeseen circumstances impact the project, and a refund will be calculated based on the work completed up until that point.

 

5. Early Termination by Mutual Agreement

a. Termination:
This Agreement may be terminated by either Party under the following conditions: 

  • Without Cause: Either Party may terminate this Agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other Party. 

  • With Cause: Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other Party: 

    • Commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 14 business days after receiving written notice. 

    • Becomes insolvent or ceases business operations. 

b.  Effect of Termination:
Upon termination, the Consultant shall be compensated for services rendered and approved expenses incurred up to the termination date. Any outstanding obligations shall be settled within 30 business days of termination.

 

6. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Services that have already been completed or delivered.

  • Work or deliverables that were completed and approved by the client.

  • Any services where the client has failed to notify us within the specified refund window.

 

7.How to Request a Refund

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us via email at jasmine@jcreativeconsulting.com. Refund requests should include a detailed explanation of the issue or concern. We will respond to your request within 14 days.

 

8.Amendments to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and clients will be notified of such changes.
