Meet Coach Lee : Founder of Legal.Lee, LLC
Legal. Lee, LLC is where Coach Lee guides corporate and professional women to unlock their true potential by reclaiming the hidden time in their day. Through her signature coaching approach, she helps women create structure, set boundaries, and build systems that support both their professional success and personal well-being.
Her work is grounded in one core belief: when women understand what’s standing in their way, they can finally get done what needs to be done — without guilt, burnout, or overwhelm. She empowers clients to master time management, protect their energy, and design a life they love, one aligned step at a time.
I'm here to help you identify and tackle the barriers that are getting in the way of you getting done what needs to be done to live your best life! I'll help you master time management, build boundaries, and develop strategies to thrive at work without compromising their personal lives.”
What inspired her to start this work?
“Honestly, others telling me that I was motivating and encouraging and should be a life coach because they just couldn't figure out ‘how I do it all.’
My mission is to show you that planning and productivity is not only in words but is simple in practice. This is done by helping you to first identify and then tackle your barriers to productivity so that you can not only put yourself first but you can get done what needs to be done to live your best life!”
What began with outside affirmation turned into a mission-driven career — one focused on making productivity accessible, simple, and deeply life-changing.
How does she stay rooted when things get tough?
“I'm reminded of my why: to make an impact and to change the game of productivity. But for myself, day to day, when I find myself getting overwhelmed, it's also my reminder to me to slow down, do a brain dump, make a to do list, and give myself a game plan to work from so that I can get done the IMPORTANT things that are the priority at the time. I thrive on structure and systems, from my working routine to my planner, my calendar, my to do list, my workouts, meal prepping, and my daily walk ... I've built a life full of systems that support me.”
Her grounding practices reflect the very tools she teaches — a testament to alignment and intentional living.
What recent accomplishment or milestone is she most proud of?

Publishing her book, Lee’s Laws of Productivity, last year, giving women everywhere access to her methods and mindset.
